Marilyn's Bio
Ever since I stayed in my first bed & breakfast, many years ago, I dreamed of being an innkeeper. That dream came true on January 1993 when my husband Les and I signed the papers, owning the Candlelite Inn. We are now in our 15th year of innkeeping. The Candlelite Inn is an award winning Inn with accolades of being the 2001 Inn of the Year; we were placed in the Congressional Record for our economic contributions to the hospitality & tourism industry in our state and the Candlelite Inn was the 2006 Editor’s Choice for Yankee Travel Guide. Guests staying at the Candlelite Inn will never forget their memorable experience with us—not to mention the breakfasts we serve & famous for. Moving from southern New Jersey to New Hampshire was one of the biggest steps that either of us had ever taken. And to this day, we have no regrets.
